How is the HIV virus passed on to other people?

God sent us a incurable illniss, this is it.... AIDS - HIV and if we the people do not wise up and protect our self, we will wipe ourself out on this earth..
wise up about aids, tell the government they have to spend more money on cureing this killer decease...
wear a condom, no matter how strong the lust... the trust and sweet words of I love you, and i am true, can be so very miss leading... I love u means WEAR that condom the next time or right now, dont gamble with words, behind that shaloww word lies a dark and evil meaning.... dont just trust your lover on face falue, no one wants to die alone, so for all you guys and dolls out there, have some dignaty to your fellow human and give a condom instead of aids....12 years from now the population will wipe it self out if this sickniss does not get stoped.... have you seen the rate on how this is spreading ? every day 75 new cases is documented... so wise up every one... this killer is worse than the local war we have... this illniss killes more people than thouse whom goes and fight for freedom of the country... Unsafe sex, Shooting Drugs and of course the less than 1% who get it accidental from blood transfusion. AIDS is the #1 preventable disease in the world. Just keep it out of your buddy. I am so sick of this cause because it a self inflicted disease. ecxept by the less than 1% of blood transfusions. You don t choose to get cancer, herat disease, MS, you do choose to get AIDS by your lifstyle...

Steven you are off base. I see your point, but to say someone 'chooses' to get infected is hurtful. I was infected by my partner of 7 years. My 'lifestyle' was the same as any 'married' couple (although the government doesn't think so, but that's another topic). I was comitted and monagamous. Unfortunately my partner was not. It's easy to say don't listen to the sweet talk, but the very foundation of a relationship is trust. Unfotunately trust can be a liability as I found out and I am paying the price. I would give the same advice you do, Don't let lust overpower your brain, but please, don't tell me that I chose to have my life turned inside out and brought these struggles on myself. The only 'choice' I made was to love someone unconditionally.

bullsh*t... i got HIV from my FIANCE......... who showed me a negitive test he took from his brother!.... i was a VIRGIN... anyone who says you did it to yourself is a f-n moron. Condoms??? well its merely impossible to concieve a child with a condom usually... so my fault!? oh yeh... your right steve... i intentionally sought out getting HIV...... i am a really low person with a shitty lifestyle... your right ... getting up for work everyday to be a lab analyst is a risky lifestyle.. i totally deserved this....

All the bull sh.. in the world could be told. I am a person living with this sh.. and I have not infected one person. It is un-know how this sh.. is passed on but we do know that there is no cure for it. I would hate to give it to someone, but at the same time i was in a relationship for 10 years i'm positive and the person is not, when last tested and that was about 8 weeks ago. So come on and tell the government to find the cure for this shi. and stop putting us who need it on hold.

OK, here's a WHOPPER people. There is NO such thing as AIDS and so such thing as HIV. HIV was concocted by the medical community when they could not explain why people's immune system was deteriorating in the late 70s. That's why they have not "isolated" the so-called HIV virus or the AIDS virus. These are all lies. The truth is that the so-called HIV is caused by the long term use of recreational drugs, which was very prevalent in the 70s, especially among gay men who increased the sexual pleasure by taking recreational drugs. AIDS is NOT a virus, it's the result of the destruction of the immune system by recreational drugs and the drug AZT. Statistics have shown that 100% of people of died of AIDS either used recreational drugs or AZT. As to African AIDS, which the call HIV2, or AIDS type 2 (which is totally ridiculous since Africans are human beings just like us and have the exact same organs we do), it is caused mainly by malnutrition. Malnutrition leads to the destruction of the immune system or at least its malfunction. Then western doctors come along and give AZT to these poor Africans and precipitate their deaths by further destroying their immune system.

when I met my first husband he was a recovering addict. I knew he was HIV positive when we started dating so we used condoms EVERY time and practiced all the the safe sex ways and guess what condoms ARE NOT 100% SAFE so if you think you can't get HIV when using condoms you can I've been HIV positive for 16 years. The only way to have safe sex is Gods way.

Hello!!!May the peace of God be with everyone who is dealing with these illness...I was infected by my husband who was my first sweetheart,I saw him deteriorate in 1990 after being prescript AZT. In the year 1988 I was diagnose with HIV I thought it was the end of the world and became so depress. I didn't want no one to know that I had contacted the HIV Virus and I also hated the fact that I was carring this deadly disease...but today I give Thanks to my God that it has been by his GRACE. I now have two beautiful daughters who have blessed me with some beautiful grandkids, I also have a son who haven't got married yet and a stepson who I been raising for 8 years. GOD IS SO GOOD.....I am still here and holding on strong!!!Please don't give up!!! Don't let the HIV control you...Control the HIV..GOD BLESS!!!
